Creator Bio:
Come As You Are follows Theo, a transgender female in a conservative household. When disowned by her father, Theo finds comfort in the one place he thought would reject him: the church.
Director Statement: Ace of Hearts was created as my 'final film' in for my college course back in 2021. While being almost 3 years since its completion, it continues to gain traction and pull at the heartstrings of LGBT youth across the world.
This was my 1st passion project film, but my 2nd short film directing, and I am so proud to see it still growing, alongside me growing as a filmmaker.
